Spicy Kale Chips

Kale is an incredible superfood packed with vitamins and minerals but all that aside it can be transformed into one of the healthiest and addictive little snacks- spicy kale chips! They are very easy to prepare and if you prefer them less spicy, simply replace the spice mixture with a generous sprinkle of sea salt.

Preheat the oven to 150°C/300°F/Gas Mark 2. Wash the kale and then pat dry with kitchen paper. Make sure to dry the kale leaves thoroughly.

Tear the leaves from the stems and place the leaves on a large baking tray.

Drizzle with the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne and sea salt and massage until the leaves are completely coated. Place the baking tray in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, until the kale leaves are crisp.

Serve straight away!
