Say hello to your new quick fix savoury snack. This is ideal for a snack on the go or use in place of croutons over dressed salad leaves. Make a big batch and keep in an airtight jar.

Preheat the oven to 180C / 160C fan. In a bowl mix together the rolled oats, mixed seeds, cashews, cumin seeds, chilli flakes, soy sauce, honey, coconut oil and egg white. Make sure to mix until everything is evenly coated.

Empty the contents onto a large baking tray and spread out evenly. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

TOP TIP: Toss the granola halfway through baking. This helps everything toast evenly and prevents sticking.

Remove the granola from the oven and allow to cool completely before storing.
