Festive Cranberry Stuffing Balls

Christmas in every bite. Super simple to make and a real crowd pleaser. Seasoning very important here but if you get it right they'll be the first empty plate on the table.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200C. Finely chop the onion, fresh parsley, sage leaves and dried cranberries.

To make the stuffing, heat a frying pan over a medium heat and melt the butter. Add in the onion and fry gently for 6 minutes until completely softened.

Place the parsley, sage, breadcrumbs and cranberries into the pan and stir until well combined, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Tip everything into a bowl and allow to cool slightly before shaping into 12 stuffing balls onto a baking tray lined with parchment.

Bake for 15 minutes until golden and serve.
