Crispy Spiced Chickpeas

A surprisingly delicious healthy snack that takes minutes to make. The addictive spice mix will change they way you make them forever!

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200C / 180C fan. Drain and rinse the chickpeas under cold, running water. Tip out onto a large baking tray lined with kitchen paper.

Pat dry until as dry as possible. This helps them crisp up better! Remove the kitchen paper.

Drizzle over the olive oil, fennel seeds, garam masala and chili flakes, salt and black pepper. Toss to coat and place in the oven.

Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
