Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta for 12-14 minutes until al dente.
While the pasta cooks, peel and finely slice the garlic and finely chop the parsley.
On a fresh chopping board, roughly chop the prawns.
Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat and gently fry the garlic with the paprika and chili flakes, until the garlic starts to turn golden.
Add the prawns, increase the heat and fry until they are pink all over.
Drain the pasta and save a splash of cooking water. Tip the pasta and extra pasta water into the pan with the prawns. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and toss well.
Serve immediately, scattered with parsley.
