Method

1

Take the cheeses out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before serving to allow to come up to room temperature. Prep your cheeses and slice any fruit before assembling the platter. Gather a large serving board and little ramekins to decant some of the ingredients.

2

Use your creativity here to arrange all the ingredients into a wreath shape! Place an upside down bowl in the centre of the serving board to help keep the wreath shape as you build. Remove the bowl from the board and use herbs such a bay or rosemary to add a little greenery to finish!
